2023 Bus Procedure

We have made some changes to how the PMPA Bus will operate in 2023. 

If you wish for your child to use the bus you will need to complete the following steps.

1. Finalise all payments from 2022 for Bus and Fees. Any payments made for 2023 will be transferred to outstanding 2022 fees if not finalised by booking day. Please allow 48 hours for money to appear in our account before new bookings can be made.
2. You will be required to buy a term’s worth of trips at once, that package can only be used for that day.

I buy Lucinda a Thursday afternoon Hastings pickup, it’s my responsibility to make sure she gets on the bus on that day and time for the whole term, if she doesn’t need the bus that day I forfeit the spot, I cannot pass the spot onto someone else, I cannot use my credit on another day. 

However if you need pick up’s eg. some Wednesdays and some Thursdays, you will still need to buy a terms worth of both Wednesday and Thursday and be prepared to waive the additional cost. 

In order for the bus (which is an add-on service to our main offering of dance classes) to continue we can no longer operate in the ad-hoc way of the past. You must reserve your bus position for the whole term for your child, just like your dance classes. 

3. First in best dressed policy will still apply when bookings open. 

Once your payment has been processed, you will need to complete this google form which you can find here or the facebook page , where you will indicate day, time and school and sign waiver for insurance purposes. You will only need to post on the FB group on the days when your child will NOT be picked up. Eg. if they go home from school sick or are on school camp.

Your spot is not secured until your payment & information has been received for the day you wish to use the PMPA Bus Service.

We will not be running the bus for less than 5 people on a given day. Once we close Term bookings we will advise on which day the bus will not be available and issue a refund to those who may have already purchased a place.

Term 2 Booking Opens – 17th April 9am – Term 2 Bookings Close – 21st April – First Run 26th April

Term 3 Booking Opens – 10th July 9am – Term 3 Bookings Close – 14th July – First Run 17th July

Term 4 Booking Opens – 2nd October 9am – Term 4 Bookings Close – 6th October – First run 9th October
